Magnetic pumps, also called magnetic driving pumps, are mainly composed of pump heads, magnetic actuators, motors and linking baseboards. Magnetic actuators consist of external magnetic rotators, inner magnetic rotators and non-magnetic isolation sets.

Brief Introduction 
Magnetic driving pumps, short for magnetic pumps, are new products that using the working theory of permanent magnetic couplings . With reasonable design and advanced techniques, magnetic pumps are fully sealed and corrosion-resistant, without leakage. When motor drives external rotators to rotate, magnetic field penetrates into air gaps and non-magnetic materials as well as drives inner magnetic rotator to rotate synchronously. This realizes non-contact transmission of power and changes dynamic sealing into static one, which eliminates the potential security problems of inflammable, explosive, toxic and harmful materials leaking through pump seals. China permanent magnet pumps are a branch of water pumps, which mainly applied to computer water cooling systems, solar powered fountains, desk fountains, artworks, coffee machines, water dispensers, water toothpicks, water heaters, hot-water circulation, swimming pool water filters, surfing massage bathtubs, automobile cooling circulation systems, oilers, humidifiers, medical apparatus and instruments, cooling systems and sanitary products.

Working Theory
Permanent magnets of brushless directory magnetic driving pumps and impellers form a rotator, in which there is a shaft sleeve molded by injecting. Through high-performance ferrite shaft, it is fixed in the shell. Between stators and rotators, there is a film needing no traditional mechanical shaft seals, so the magnetic pumps are fully sealed. Twisting force of motors, through coils of stators with power on, drives permanent magnetic rotators to rotate. Without outside force, magnetic poles repel each other and magnetic force will be back to lowest magnetism. Therefore, magnets produce motions, which drive magnetic rotators to rotate.
Through electrical reversing, brushless direct current magnetic pumps do not need carbon brushes. There are multi-poles in magnetic rotators and silicon stators. When magnetic rotators rotate in a certain angle, direction of magnetic field will change, which make rotators keep repelling the same poles. In this way, brushless DC magnetic separated pumps have high rotating speeds and efficient.
Stators of magnetic pump are totally separated from rotators, avoiding leaking problems of traditional brushless DC water pumps. It can used in water for it is water-proof, which effectively lengthens service life and improve performance of magnetic pumps.

With rapid development of economy and urbanization, China faces a serious water environment and severe water pollution. Water treatment plants play an important role in improving water environment, but they also energy intensive enterprises, which are in the top ten of high consumption industry. Chen Fengyi, secretary-general of Fan Sub-Association of China General Machinery Industry Association says that development of NdFeB magnet maglev blower technology provide a strong guarantee for energy consumption and environment protection. Rare earth index of December 25th, 2014 was at 331, which declined by 66.9%, comparing with the highest point, 1000 (December 6th, 2011) in period. But it goes up by 10.33%, comparing with the lowest point 300 on July 23rd, 2013. (Note: period refers to Dec. 1st, 2011 to now.)

2. Analysis of Rare Earth Stock Market 
In this week, there is a continuous market downturn of China rare earth magnet products, of which most prices remain the same and few go down. However, price of neodymium magnet products has a little scope to rise. Among representative products, price of Dy and Pr remain unchanged. Pr is 535 thousand Yuan per ton and Dy is 22 thousand Yuan per ton. Nd, as on behalf of metal with rising price, was 345 thousand Yuan per ton at the beginning of this week, but in the end of week, it fell by 350 thousand Yuan. Due to shortage of some neodymium magnets, upstream businesses have no available stock, which leads to a rise of price of some rare earth products. But order of neodymium iron boron market is still under adjustment and price will gradually become stable. According to experts, with debugging of downstream market and regulation of upstream market, neodymium price tends to be stable. Recently, government fights against illegal private mining and strengthens integration policy of rare earth private businesses, which brings great benefits to market operation order in a long term.

3. Prediction of After-market 
Wang Luhong, an analyst from China believes that rise and decline of rare earth price will become sluggish, such as products of Dy products, which will also be stable after rising. Due to shortage of upstream products, some products still keep going up in the weak market, but it tend to stable and market will be improved. Regulation of government will bring new climate to industry.
