With rapid development of economy and urbanization, China faces a serious water environment and severe water pollution. Many insiders appeal to society to pay more attention to these problems, create a set of standard, launch problems and guide technology upgrading for water treatment with high energy consumption is an undesirable measure to reduce pollutant in water.
Blowers are key equipment for aeration during sewage treatment process, of which consumption covers 40%-80% of total energy consumption of sewage treatment plants. Therefore, energy-saving efficiency brings direct influence on benefits of water plants.

Four 80kW blade blowers used by a French sewage plant have many problems of frequent start and stop, high energy consumption and high noise. But with 2 160kW NdFeB maglev blowers, it can save 500KWH of electricity, reduce 375 tons of carbon dioxide, decrease cost by 5400 Euro, and lower noise by 40dba. Also, before reconstruction, an American sewage plant consumed 3200KWH electricity in a year, but after using a permanent magnetic maglev blower, it only consumes 1800KWH electricity per year, which has been reduced by 40%.
Insiders show strong interest in neodymium magnetic maglev high-speed blowers. Chen Fengyi, secretary-general of Fan Sub-Association of China General Machinery Industry Association says that development of NdFeB magnet maglev blower technology provide a strong guarantee for energy consumption and environment protection. Maglev blowers applied to chemical area, in particular, open an unprecedented area for blowers.
