Magnets for Megawatt Wind Turbine

NdFeB magnets used for wind turbine are nickel + epoxy coated large squares, arc shaped magnets and wedge shaped magnets, more in grade M, H, SH series.

NdFeB Motor magnets

According to customers' requirement, most of the motors request neodymium permanent magnets with high working temperature, for example, grades of N35SH, N38SH, N35EH, and N35UH. Customers usually use diametrically magnetized arc magnets to assemble ring magnets. Customer will also use other shapes of magnets, such as wedge, square, ring or other special shape.
Elevator Magnets
Elevator motor magnets have advantages of high coercive force, high magnetic energy product, low temperature coefficient, low gravity, good performance consistency and competitive prices.
Most of the elevator motor magnets are in Zinc plated segments in grade N35SH and 38SH.
Generally, the magnetic flux range of elevator motor magnets is about + / - 3%.

Speaker magnets
Sintered NdFeB is universally applied in various speakers. It can provide a permanent magnetic field for the coil embedded in the speaker paper plates. When audio signal flow through the speaker coil it produces a small magnetic field, this small magnetic field will be rebounded to the permanent magnetic field. So the paper plates will move back and forth toward to the back of the speaker. Thus when the audio signal flow swing, paper plates will swing back and forth, then the matched audio signal is generated.
Usually ferrite magnet is mainly used for low-end headphones, and neodymium iron boron is applied to high-end headphones. Headphones and speakers with NdFeB magnets have better sound quality, good flexibility and quality of voice calls, and accurately position of voice sound field.
